All Conference Packages include the following:
Conference program - all sessions
Seven (7) nights accommodation in the five-star Hotel Croatia (our conference site)

Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra concert
Transportation from airport to hotel upon arrival
Round-trip bus service from Cavtat (our actual conference site) to Dubrovnik for special programs in the old walled city.
All hotel rooms are beautifully appointed and include furnished balconies with sea or park views, well-stocked mini-bars, TV (with CNN, Sky News, BBC, and movies), phones and data ports, ample shelf and closet space, hair dryers, room service, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, tennis courts, beach, and restaurants.
Package A - Single Sea View Room - $1,850. (limited number available)
Package B - Double Sea View Room - $1,650. Each (limited number available)
Package C - Single Park View Room - $1,650.
Package D - Double Park View Room - $1,450.
Youth Rate - Double Occupancy in Park View Room - $1,350.
Registration Terms and Conditions
REGISTRATION PAYMENTS
To confirm registration and hotel accommodations a 50% deposit is required upon submission of registration form.
All outstanding balances are due as follows:
Packages A and C - March 1, 2002
Note: there are a limited number of sea view rooms available. Priority will be given to registrants who have paid in full.
All other packages - April 1, 2002
All registrations after April 1, 2002 must be paid in full at time of registration.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Refunds for cancellations will be issued as follows:
Full refund, minus $75. processing fee to February 1, 2002.
90 days prior to the conference - 80% refund
60 days prior to the conference - 70% refund
30 days prior to the conference - 50% refund
14 days prior to the conference - no refund
Refunds will be made after the conference and by June 25, 2002.
Travel to Dubrovnik
Travel is not included in the conference package. However, discounted fares are available through Adriatic Sunshine Travel (800-247-5353).

Please read Hotel and Site pages regarding climate, hotel amenities, cuisine, excursions and local history.
